But congrats for earning so much in year one. As a noob, I know I didn't play my first two years in optimal fashion, to say the least. I probably grew like 10 crops total in each season, pretty weak and lame but oh well.
the desert has the oasis which sells rare seeds, the casino (initially inaccessible) and probably most importantly, the skull caverns.
I'm at 35k gold now on the 22nd of Fall. I've already purchased the 5k and 7.5k gold purchases of the vault. Also, I finished my Fish Tank in the Community Center because the ♥♥♥♥♥ lady sold that last desert fish I needed, lucky me. I guess I'll work on upgrading my house instead.
I'm on level 110 of the mines. Does it go much further down?
120 is the bottom :3.
Time isn't really an issue mind you, take your time or you could always start over :3.
It's a kitchen to process fish and veggies into better food, versus better tools and money. I'll pick the desert every time, but it's entirely opinionated.
To feed your chickens you need to go to Robin and have her a build a silo for you. The grass you cut on the farm (the stuff you can walk through, that is, has a 50% chance to turn to hay and land in the silo. Then you go into your coop, click on the hopper left of the feeding bench, get hay, and put it down on the bench.
Also, you can buy hay from Marnie, but that gets expensive fast.
