Wtf do I do now? D: How do I get to the next level of the mines?

Also how do I communicate with the dwarf? I can't understand him yet. :(

hey there fellow farmer. "this area is overrun by monster" only tells you, that you should slay them all to advance a Level in the mines. For communicating with the dwarf, you need all the dwarf roles, i.e. role I,II,III,IV. After that you are able to speak with him. Afaik there is a event with the wizard teaching you the language.

Just gotta kill all the enemies, and then you'll get a ladder.

or have a portable ladder with you, that also helps. it's 99 stones to craft i think.

You also need to have your mining skill at level 2 to unlock the recipe

To speak with the dwarf and access his shop you need to donate the four Dwarf Scroll artifacts to the Museum, Gunther rewards you with a book that teaches you the language once you claim it.
