Junimo huts- can fences stop them?

I'm not at the point I can get them, but I'm planning out my farm still and I have the spots where I want the huts to go. However, they overlap the place I want to put flowers and bees. Do they collect flowers? Or even if they do, can I stop them by surrounding the bee/flower area with fences?

They do collect flowers, unsure on the fence part. I don't have my honey anywhere near my jumino huts.

Yes fences do block them. Make sure to open the gate for them. I am speaking from personal experience. Also they only cover a certain area.

A bit of a necro, but yes, they do collect flowers. Was a bit annoying at first as it ruined my honey production, but eh, by the time I had those huts I had much more valuable sources of income.
