Alex 10 Heart Event Bug/Glitch?

I never got my letter after reaching 1p hearts with Alex, so I can't do the last heart event. What should I do to fix this?

I went to the saloon at 7pm and then went in again at 7:10pm and it didn't trigger.

That's unfortunate. I guess I'd try waiting a few days if you haven't already. I don't think the 10 heart event is required to marry him (if that's where you're headed). I married Alex in my current game and got the heart events out of order. I don't recall problems with the 10 heart event. Maybe try gifting and talking with him some more?

I made a copy of my save and slept through some days and got it 4 days later! So I'll load my original file and just be patient until I get it! And I'm just trying to get everyone's heart events before I make a marriage decision! Thanks for the help!
