Battery pack farming.

So I have run out of battery packs and i want to make a ton of iridium sprinklers, whats the best way to farm them? i have a few lightning rods but i run out of refined quartz too, and its annoying to farm.

my main question is if i use a rain totem, does that just cause rain, or a thnderstorm too?? and is this the best way to get battery packs?

fish in the farm pond for trash.
you should get lots of broken spectacles and cds to recycle for refined quartz.
you should have at least 12 lighting rods. i had 60+ batteries stocked up before i got to iridium sprinklers.
the wandering vendor occasionally has batteries and Maru gives you one occasionally when you are 8+ friends with her.

I think the rain totems give normal rain, which is only a handful of batteries, if any.

The traveling cart sometimes sells them, and Krobus sells iridium sprinklers every Friday for 10k

yeah ive been fishing for trash, its the best way to get quartz, but its still not enough, im considering just using a ton of lobster traps in the ponds and hoping for cd's or glasses.

Pam will also occasionally send you a battery pack.

Once you have the crystalarium you can put a quartz inside to clone. Each one takes less than a day. Then you just need coal to refine it in the furnace I got plenty of quartz in the mines and only resorted to cloning it via the crystalarium when I decided to make crystal paths all over my farm.

Most of my iridium sprinklers came from Krobus. I didn't actually craft any until year 5.
