Juminos Harvesting
I finally got one of those Jumino huts that's suppose help me harvest. Can someone tell me when they do that?

They start first thing in the morning, and store what they harvest in their hut for you to collect when you get around to it. As far as I know they don't work to harvest winter crops, or on rainy days.

Can verify they don't do rainy days

They start at 6am but don't do forage seeds (spring seeds, summer seeds, etc.) or work on rainy days. They can walk through trellises. Careful if you have any beehives, as they'll also pick the flowers.

Well, it's just that none have harvested any yet. I do have fence around my crops so it does make me wonder. I think I'll try leaving my gates open.
the door to the Jumino hut can't be blocked off or else they wont harvest. They also ONLY harvest as long as you are awake and as long as it isnt raining. If you have a full harvest first thing in the morning and decide to go to sleep thinking the Juminos will have it all harvested, then youll be sadly mistaken.

Oh, so they harvest during the day than? I have the tendency to harvest in the morning. Hmmm, okay my strawberries are due to respawn soon so I'll try it there.

You'll hear them working, but they do only do a handful of plants at a time (I think each hut has 3 of them?). Just let them work, they'll gather for you.

Can they get through my fences though?

That i have no idea. My area with the crops doesn't have fences.

I figured out that vacinity is also important. When I first bought my Juminos hut, I had it close to my Green house. Nothing happened, but I decided to move it closer to my crops and bingo, there they go. However they only took cared of the lower section of my crops, they didn't take care of my crops up higher. Also Juminos can't get into your Greenhouse either.

It's like a scarecrow, they only have a range of like 8x8 or something similar

Oh and I did learn that you do have to keep your gates open. Only little annoyance is that my animals can get in lol. Well only the rabbit got in.
