Need a save editor for testing mods.
Just need a save editor thats not a scam xD

You can open and modify the save file with a simple text editor.

At most, a "save editor" would make it easier to find and change the values. I'm not sure anyone bothered to make one.

Get XML Notepad and open save in it... As save is xml file, its much easier to edit it this way.

There a save game editor here: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/127/? with over 1200 endorsements it's extremely likely to be legit.
