Stardew valley Boss fights
We have monsters but not difficult ones, what if we had bosses we could kill, some even impossible to kill without multiplayer/ hireing towns people to help fight it.

The game isn't really focused on fighting so i doubt they will add that kinda stuff.

You have just hit on the one sure fire way to ruin the game imho.

That would ruin the game in my opinion, the game isn;t focused on fighting, it's focuse on farming and being a relaxing game where there's no rush or constant fighting

How would it ruin the game? If you could just ignore the bosses? >_>

A lot of people have asked for, or assumed there would be, bosses every 40ish floors or whatever, in the rooms with water. Like, take a little boat back there and the boss is tucked away.

Not sure what they would drop though. New stuff, or just like gems, iridium ore, etc.?

You don't think it'd be weird for a farmer in a cute village to suddenly fight monster bosses on deserted islands? That might work in a game focussed on fighting monsters. This isn't.

Tend to agree with you there, doesn;t make much sense to have boss fights in a game that's supposed to be relaxing and not based on combat. Maybe someone can make a mod for it, but I tend to agree and feel it would ruin the game.

Because, fighting is not the purpose of this game.

Why does every game have to have a "bloodshed" element? Aren't there more than enough of such games.

This game, as it stands, is just what it was meant to be, a gentle, child friendly, but adult playable diversion from RL

Query on the "child friendly". Some of the character stories are very dark. Shane and Pam are both alcoholics. Clint is depressed and lonely. The Mayor is having a covert affair with the ditzy farmer thirty years his junior. Demetrius is an overly dominating father. Pam's daughter is trapped in an unpleasant existence. And I'm still awaiting the cut scene that reveals Harvey to be a rapist/ serial killer.

Children do not pick up on these nuances until they have matured to the necessary level of sophistication. As Marie Lloyd said to the judge when charged with obscenity for singing "She sits amongst the cabbages and peas": - "It is all in the mind of the audiance."

Bloodshed is more graphic and can have devestating affects on a child's immature mind.

I dont really think seeing blood has any effect on a childs mind. Glorfing violence or rewarding negitive behaviours sure but just showing blood? not so much. This is comeing from the generation when at age 4 we where playing diablo 1

Most parents also think that when they buy their kid a Adult rated game and the game ends up having sex in it, its the game makers fault not theirs, or that when their kid ends up failing school its the teachers fault not theirs. Most "parents" just love to shift the blame that their kid ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up not becuase of their parents inablity to share any time with them but becuase something else decided to come in and ruin their life.

Most parents wouldn't care as long as their kids shut up.

Stardew Valley isn't an Adult Rated game, which you seem to not get, it is a game for everyone, and should stay that way
