but i think its still universtal to think to have a brightness settings for this one. I dont use glass my eyes are healthy and I even find the game bright already. Even though most of the times I just chill far out from my bed using my controller while the monitor is away

I just want to exercise my eyes to see from further away with 100% in game i dont have problems well my monitor is not that far :D
does light quality affects brightness? or just the effects of lights.
I also wondering what is that setting do nothing change
some eyes receives more light than the others especially eyes with lesser melanin.
