Crimsonfish simply dont appear

I'm trying to catch the crimsonfish, but it just does not show up. Caught more than 30 fishes in one day and he did not appear once! I already got the glacierfish and my fishing lvl is 9, using hook and bait. What am I doing wrong?

How much luck you have can affect when the Crimson Fish appears. I hope you've been watching the TV each morning because it'll tell you exactly how much luck you have on one channel. Highest amount of luck will show a bright Star on the tv the lady shows. You can increase your luck with some recipes too if you have them. Oh sometimes having better bait can affect it too.

If you in summer, then why it's Spring on screenshot? Pink flower in top right corner - is symbol of Spring, Also you have Anchovy in inventory that you can catch only at Spring\Fall. And Herring, that only catchable at Spring\Winter

Howru is right, you're fishing in the wrong season. Just wait until it's actually Summer in game then try that same spot again. The only special fish you can catch in Spring are Mutant Carp in the sewers or Legend in the rain at level 10 fishing at the mountain lake. So maybe try to get those in the meantime?
