Stardew Valley SMAPI Launch Issue

I try to launch SMAPI but it shows an error in red. I got no clue what it's about but I do want to fix it. Hardly any mods installed. I do have it to where I can earn achievements with SMAPI, by the way.I have a screenshot of the error but I have no clue how to add it to this post. Help would be appreciated!

How did you install SMAPI?

Through the website, but when I launched the install exe it said to press 1 for install and 2 for uninstall, but when I pressed 1 it just crashed

Don't use the installer, there should be a way to manually install it, so do that instead.

installer works fine for me....

maybe u used a cracked version of Stardew valley (and older version),
or java is not up to date
or u need to update ur XNA Framework 4.0 or Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable

I have no idea how to. My drivers are all up to date as well as Stardew Valley. I got the newest version of SMAPI but I don't know how to check java, or that framework thing...

Go into your Stardew directory, then open _CommonRedist. Install both .net and xna.

I just did this and tried, no luck sadly

Could be your mods. Try reinstalling both Stardew and SMAPI.

Verify the integrity of your files, if that doesn't work reinstall smapi, if all else fails reinstall both of them, after that try launching the game with just smapi installed(NO OTHER MODS) if your still getting that error it might be something on smapi's side
