In my first playthrough I had a Coop very early in the game, waited forever and she never showed. I eventually decided to just buy the Void Egg from Krobus.
Then she showed up. Of course.
Anyways she would just leave a Void Egg in the Coop, which you can also buy at Crobus.
You can simply fish the Void Mayonnaise out of the water in the witch's swamp. Since it's not actually a fish, it doesn't move and you don't have to do anything while the fishing gauge fills up.
Indeed, if someone really wants Void Chickens, I think it's better to just buy the Void Egg from Krobus. You can't count on the witch to show up, her event is simply way too rare.
Sewers. You get the key by donating 60 artifacts/minerals to the museum. It sounds like a lot, but the game throws artifacts at you and geodes shower you with minerals, so it happens relatively quickly. Last playthrough, I think it happened about midway through my first summer.
Ideally you'd get one from the Traveling Cart first (it can happen much sooner and it's much cheaper), but that's entirely up to RNG and it's rare, so I wouldn't count on that.
