REQ: Sell/Give Away or even Kill Pet? PLEASE?

It was a rainy day so I decided it was a good day to go mine and try to get enough copper ore to upgrade my watercan. I stayed out a bit later than I should have. But I made it home and put things away in my outside chests. Then i went inside to go to bed.

My dog was blocking me from getting into bed. I only had 30 minutes to spare and nothing seemed to work. Running into him made him wake and instantly go back to sleep. I tried going outside and back in and he's still sleeping in the same spot.

I did not think to try my scyth on him.

So I'm wondering if anyone knows if a cherry bomb will kill the little bugger? *sigh*

Wish we could sell or give our pet away if we later change our minds about wanting them.

I searched the forum and found that this isn't a unique situation. Others have the same and similar problems with the pets blocking them. Some people even mentioned it happens to them frequently. That's a horrible thought.

Please @Dev, please please please let us remove pets if we wish. Maybe let us craft a cage/pet carrier that we capture the pet then drop them in the sell box. I dont even care if we get 0 credits from selling them. I just want the pet gone.

If you constantly press move into a town resident/animal they will start to shake and eventually you will move through them. That's my experience anyway, never had an issue. Lame tho.
