Honestly? Drink it. It's only worth double the price of a normal large milk, and the star may or may not influence the cheese quality. (And cheese can be aged anyways)

The energy bonus that gets tacked onto starred items though, that's worth hanging on to it.

So tasty.

Depends on your professions, of course.

If you made the horrible, horrible mistake of becoming a Rancher, it's actually better to sell it raw (456g) than cheesing it (360g).

Normally you'd be an Artisan, in which case it's better to cheese it (420g) than to sell it raw (380g). Of course, the 40g difference might not be enough for you to bother processing it...

Any particular reason you're asking? Why wouldn't it be better to sell it for more?

Do not do this. Do not drink your gold.

Eat berries, they're super cheap.
Thanks for the replies!
And the reason i'm asking is that i'm not level 10 farmer yet, and i don't know if not being artisan (though i will soon enough) would make or break the difference.

Ooooh... Iridium Large Milk before level 10 Farming, interesting.

Yes, Artisan's bonus is +40% so it does make a huge difference. The milk sells for 380g, but without Artisan the cheese only sells for 300g.
