You'll have to elaborate.
Starting with minecarts unlocked, even if they gave you access to the Mines, would only drop you on the ground floor. Where exactly does the "balls deep" part come in?
And what would be a suitable reward for completing the Foraging section of the Community Center?
If you want the dev to change something like that at this point in development you're going to need to make a really good case for it.
Not a lot of people would be able to do 30 levels in the mine in one day without preparation. Especially not with early game equipment (starting pick, no Energy consumables).
If you want some sort of special dungeon challenge, you might ask for that specifically.
But to answer your question- to dump mine waste. To the woods to get wood to have the ability to make fires for light. The beach, maybe to dump sand or clay. But even if that's a stretch if I could get to the sewer that would get me closer. It'd also get me to the lower woods by extension.
Really, I don't care if it's realistic. It's just something I'd want. Is that really such a crime in a game like this?
Also that 2 mill return rod
There are already multiple mods with expanded minecart locations.
Honestly, "minecarts" is just a close-minded way to name this feature. If you've got a rail system going, you'd be silly to only use it for mine-related activities.
