does the quarry ever replenish?

i just discovered the quarry and have already depleted it of resources, does it ever regenerate or is it a one time resource boon?

I've heard people say that it works the same way that rocks/logs/bushes do. If you put like, 2 logs next to each other, then within a week you'll probably have 5 logs and a bush next to each other. The "weeds" spawn more weeds, and they're usually of the same type. It could be that if you put a couple copper rocks out there, then you'd mainly have copper, or iron, or whatever, and a few of the other types of rocks as well.

Doubt it, probably just random regeneration, Worth a shot though and interesting opinion. never seen this idea before

I usually pave the place over and plant like 80 trees and tap them

I just tried planting oak/pine/maple amongst other trees and bushes near Marnie's ranch but it says 'invalid position' or something..I can still put down chests and machines and such..you sure planting trees outside the farm still works?..
