Not quickly enough to justify the trip, IMHO.
I like to use the map tile to store things. Mostly kegs.
Better than passing out and losing money
You could just carry some food with you...
I wish you could invite NPCs to go places with you. It'd be fun to have a bathhouse par-tay.
Ealry game, no, you can;t, cause most of the food costs money and the crops are mainly for selling, so bathhouse is good for when you have no food, nor money to get food
Recovering your energy takes about 15 minutes of game time per 100 energy, so even if you are already at the entrance to the bath house, recovering from the "You're starting to feel exhausted" state could take an hour or more depending on your max Energy.
A few foraged items will restore the same energy in seconds. If you're really prepared you'd ahve some quality crops or cooked dishes with you for energy. Even new characters can have a pile of field snacks after a few days of clearing the farm...
Once you hit mid to late game you are better off just eating, As by that time you have alot food to replenish your energy from foraging, crops and gifts.
