Spouse isn't at home

I got my character married to Sebastian and he won't move in. He just stays at his mom's house and doesn't come to the farm. Why is this happening?

1). Are you using any mods?
2). Did you do a correct procedure when ''marrying'' him?

Sebastian has a regular schedule that goes to his mother's house every Monday afternoon after marriage. He will leave around 5pm I think, and he will always be at home after 10pm/before 7am. On other times you can either find him near the sea or at the saloon, he will tell you if he is going to take a walk.

I tried exiting the game and coming back then he came to the house.

Sebastian is one of the few characters who keeps his job after he's married, so he's not home as often as the others.

I know Emily still works in the bar at least part time, and Harvey goes to work a few times a week, but Sebastian is the one who keeps his job -- though I don't know if this holds true after the community center is complete.

Sebastian's job can be done at home. He only leaves the house for a walk twice a week.

Odd. Who am I thinking of then? I could swear there was one character who worked more than the others and was almost never home.

Looks like I've got nothing to say then; that's definitely odd.
