when they are big after 12 days i cant harvest them when i get my cursor on them it doesnt be collect curcor and i cant get the mwith sythe or axe how to ?

They're probably not fully grown yet.

When they are, you can just pick them up normally like you do for most crops.

I agree with above. Sounds like you miscounted (it's 12 days starting from the day after you plant, assuming you water them the day you plant).

Unless you are talking about the giant melon. You need the axe for that.
