All of them, I'd assume? There's 3 crops in the desert Oasis shop. I don't think forage/wild seeds count. (Leeks, daffodils, etc.) I think coffee beans DO count; you can get coffee beans from dust sprites or the travelling cart.

I think you need 15 ancient fruit, but just 1 sweet gem berry.

I could be entirely wrong, as I rarely go for achievements. But I'm pretty sure that's right.
