I can give you one yea, but I've had the same thing occur when I've taken every piece of furniture possible out, so I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter
Like, maybe keep the path between the front door, the farm exit, and the area north of the shipping bin completely clear?
But yeah, the message is annoying. I wouldn't miss it.
The point is, it's an annoying nuisance that doesn't add anything to the gameplay and actually takes away from it
it's like when she gets mad at you for talking to her when she's in bed and doesn't feel like getting out sometimes, it's just dialogue for the sake of dialogue and doesn't actually mean anything
I married leah and got it once. it seems to be extremely rare though
Prior to that it was Leah, where I took literally every piece of furniture I was able to do so out of the house and the annoyed 'how can I get anywhere in this messy house' STILL happened
@rad rat ray
'it's just dialogue meant to better simulate a real relationship, she's referring to sweeping the floors etc. '
Except that's stupid, it's stupid to have dialogue with a character hassling you for something you have literally zero control over, and it just comes off as obnoxious. And it takes me totally out of the game
Okay example, I have a younger brother who would occasionally complain to me about things that were often incredibly petty or just something I have no control over, and my emotional response was to want to punch him in the face everytime.
It's the same thing here, when an NPC gets in your face about something ridiculous, all it does is annoy the hell out of you
The dialogue adds NOTHING to the game, if it actually worked it'd be fine, but it doesn't
(Also, the dialogue isn't simulating real relationship, it only ever pops up with your spouse arbitrarily decides that your house is too 'dirty' i.e. cluttered up so that he/she can't get where they want to go, but it doesn't work and they will do it to you even if you've stripped every bit of furniture out that you can)
