Lightning in the winter
I am trying to make a lot of iridium sprinklers, and i used all of the 12 batteries that i had. Does lightning strike during the winter, also would making a ton of rods help?

No, you're not going to get lightning in the Winter, sorry.

How much have you donated to the Museum?

If you have donated 60 items to the museum, you'll be given the key to the Sewers. In the sewers is a special vendor. Every Friday he'll have one (1) Iridium Sprinkler for sale (for 10,000).

Also, the Traveling Cart can carry batteries.

A rain totem can make it rain in winter (not 100% guarantee, but makes it possible and likely). You may need to use it a few times to get a thunderstorm though... but yes, it is possible to get lightning in winter.

You can still farm in winter, and it's just as valuable if you took the right foraging perks. Regardless, winter is when you're prepping for the other seasons, and clearly they're trying to upgrade the farm before spring hits.
