As for 50k, I don't know of a "fast" way to do it. Depending on the season I'd invest a large chunk of your 10k is the most profitable crop and use basic fertilizer if you have enough sap to craft it. You saved all your sap, didn't you? You might be able to turn 10k into 50k from farming in a month or so. Is that 'fast' enough? I don't know what the rush would be.
Going with pizza to befriend/romance Alex seems like an expensive way to go. He likes all eggs. In the game that I married him I got a chicken coop and a chicken ASAP and used the eggs to build the relationship up. He also likes vegetables so I used bok choy and green beans when I had some. Since that game the wiki has been revamped and it appears he likes all universal likes plus all eggs. Before his list of likes was more eclectic.
In Stardew Valley, you never want to be doing just one thing. You want to be moving forward (even if only slowly) on multiple fronts.
Some people LOVE fishing. They swear by it, and insist that fishing is an awesome money maker. Personally, I can't stand fishing and think it's mostly a waste of time. So, always remember, that while some folks do love fishing, there are also those of us who hate it. I fish to complete the Community Center bundles, and mostly ignore it after that.
Personally, I love farming. I make generous sums of money farming, and work hard at maximizing my Artisianal products.
In each growing season, there's some kind of berry you can grow. These are superb money makers (Spring: Strawberries, Summer: Blueberries, Fall: Cranberries). Strawberries are the most difficult to work with, since you can only purchase them at the Egg Festival, but once you've got a seed maker, you're no longer dependent on that. (I usually buy a year ahead with my Strawberry crops, and yes, that does mean that I don't grow any at all in year one).
There are other really good crops to grow to increase your capital quickly.
In Spring, try the Parsnip.
In Summer and Fall, try Wheat.
These two have very low upfront investment costs and have very high ROI. With Wheat, you can more than double your money in 4 days. (You can do even better if you have Kegs, because Wheat can be processed into Beer in about one day).
The drawback with Wheat and Parsnips is that they require lots of labor. Sprinklers help, but there's still a lot of work to be done planting, harvesting, and tending.
