Bug: Unable to Learn Super Meal Recipe, Cause Unknown

Hello,

So it is Spring 5 Year 3, the day after Spring 4 (Kent's Birthday). I reached 7 hearts with Kent on his birthday and I recieved a letter in the mail from him that would give me the Super Meal Recipe but in the letter it does not say "New Recipe Super Meal" as shown below. I also do not get the message that says learned new recipe. And when I go into the cooking screen, Super Meal does not show where it's supposed to as shown below.

I am running the game on Windows 10 Home and I have tried restarting the game several times and I still do not get the Super Meal recipe.

I will not play beyond Spring 5 if there is any way to get the Super Meal at this point.

I am trying to get the Gourmet Chef achievement, so if there is no fix for this, it's not the end of the world, though I will be a little salty about collecting almost of the recipes and be cheated out of my achievement from a bug.

You might try giving Kent some trash presents, then re-raise his hearts with you and see if it triggers again.

Beyond that, my only thought would be to edit the save file...

I used a game save editor and that gave me the recipe. It didn't change the letter at all, but I guess that doesn't really matter.
