Brightness, contrast. Is it possible to find their settings?
Hey! Can you please tell me if I can somehow change the brightness of this game? I just love this game, but I have sensitive eyes, when I play "stardew valley" my eyes start to ache terribly. I could not find the brightness settings (maybe I'm just retarded, then I'm sorry for this topic), this game just doesn't have them. I don't know why, because stardew is so poisonously colored. It's not a problem just of my monitor or my eyes for sure, the game is really very bright, I played with this monitor for a long time and played a huge number of games with different appearance, and no game caused such problems before. Even if this happened, other games had brightness and contrast settings, so ppl with similar eye problems can deal with those games. I don't want to just ''not play this game'', because it's awesome, one of my favorites, but obviously I don't want to become blind because of this. Btw I'm playing with special orange glasses that make the colors more softer and safe, but this game literally manages to burn through my glasses with its acidity and bright colors. I'm just afraid for my PC, that the natural reflexes of survival will cause me to destroy it one day, but to be honest, I didn't try yet to play with sunglasses :[ (but I think about it lol, if I can't find a solution in the game files in the end with some community help) so... how can I change these nuclear acid colors, how to make them softer? Maybe there are some ways with software or settings in the game files, text files of the game? Some code in the game files where I can adjust the colors? I heard about such settings in other games, I just hope that there is something like this. I will appreciate any help, cause I'm weak on this...noob :'( MANY THANKS for any help <3

That's a nice wall of text you've got there :pug:.

Sadly Stardew Valley doesn't provide such a feature.
There's also no hidden option anywhere.

You could try a mod[community.playstarbound.com].
Although this one's rather old and there might be some problems.

Here's[www.nexusmods.com]another one which seems to support 1.2.
Dunno if that's useful.

OMG! I didn't even think that this game has a mods, especially such mods, googled so many different things about stardew and never saw it. And yeaaaa everything WORKS! Now there is nothing to complain about, the colors are just awesome, this is exactly what I wanted. I didn't even think that my long-standing problem could be solved in one day :isaac: Thank you Taki so much again and again <3
