How do I zoom IN more?

I'm not sure how it happened but my game zoomed out a lot and the zoom function doesn't get it back to what it was. Lower resolutions make it bigger but also lower quality. Does anyone know how I can alter it?

In game go into menu (E), options (controller icon), and scroll down until you see an option for zoom in zoom out buttons, make sure it is checked. Exit and look under your money in the top right corner, there should be plus and minus buttons there now.
