Marrying Before House Upgrades
I hadn't upgraded my house, and i married someone, and now my game crashes when loading the game...... Dont marry before house upgrades...

Well your supposed to have the upgrade before you CAN get married. The fact that you even had marriage options before having house upgrade, appears to allready be a bug.

If you try to buy the Mermaid Pendant from the creepy guy on the beach in the rain before you have the first house upgrade he'll tell you that you are not ready and will not sell it to you. Are you using any mods? That might mess things up.
