Weird Letter

I'm right now in my first year in spring and I got a letter in the mailbox that said something like "me sell hats. meet me at old old old house, poke" or something like that, the only "old houses" I know of in Stardew Valley are the Community Center and the broken down "farm building" next to my farm, and I checked both of those and found no "hat seller". I have never seen this mentioned anywhere else. Someone please tell me why this has appeared in my mailbox and what "old old old house" this is.

Go to the bottom left corner of the forest. ;)

If you haven't found it, it's an abandoned house near the Wizard's Tower. A mouse is in the house selling hats for certain achivements you have got.
