Edit save file?

Hi guys,

Little question here: Does anyone know how to edit the save file to give yourself items? I missed spring and its my second year, I want the shipping to be complete before the end of the game but I didnt know I need to go to oasis to get rhubarb. I dont want to cheat money or anything and I honestly hate the thought of tricking myself a rhubarb into the game. unless you can buy one legit in the game, how can I mod my save file to give me one single rhubarb? If possible without nexusmod stuff because its really only for one thing.

I'd suggest using this save editor, as modifying your save manually is quite a bit more annoying than having the program do it. To do it manually, you would find your inventory data in the save and add a nested entry, with the data modified to the ID of rhubarb.

Also, you could possibly get a legit rhubarb through the forest shop cart thing, although that's entirely dependent on RNG.

Okay... thank you. I will try a few fridays and sundays to get it from the cart, if not I guess Ill try the nexusmod thing.
