Ancient Fruit Wine

Is it better to get 4 harvests of silver (14 days total for 1 harvest), 2 harvests of gold (28 days total for 1 harvest) or 1 harvest of iridium (56 days total for 1 harvest) ancient fruit wine form the casks? I have artisan skill as well.

i don't have to wait for 56 days (two seasons) i can decask at silver (14 days by using a pickaxe/axe) that is the question i am asking. are you saying don't bother at all just sell it as basic wine as soon as it comes out of the kegs ?

My math must be off then because 125 casks at iridium is worth 577,500 taking 56 days. taking the same wine out at silver will yield you 360,875 taking just 14 days meaning i can cask 4x silver vs 1 time iridium. meaning 4x silver would give you 1,443,500, for the same amount of time it takes to get to 56 days for iridium.

that's clearly a mega farm towards end game i have the greenhouse only just full of ancient fruit and i am making seeds for spring next year... i think wires have crossed i'm looking for the biggest profit i can make now. I can manage loading 125 casks for silver per 14 days i believe that's better profit at the stage i am at until next spring gives me the best profit than just selling the wine as it comes out of the kegs because i also have to make seeds.

i also only have 2 sheds of 67 kegs each and 2 of 67 jars.

year 3 you have 1800 fruit and over 1000 kegs ? that's some going on the old oak resin :/
