Since you're past summer, though, you can just walk up to the Spa and regenerate your bar for free, as many times as you want- it stays open year-round.
If you're looking for something more portable, foraging is going to be your best friend- run around a bit and collect blackberries and they'll get you through the season and well into winter.
Fishing is also a good source of energy, if you stock up a decent sized stack of fish you can either eat them directly or cook them down into something more platable- Sashimi is a fairly good energy/health restorative. If you've got chickens and a kitchen, fry your eggs.
The earliest stardrops you can get are the Secret Woods Stardrop in your first autumn, the Mines stardrop, you could've bought one at the Stardew Valley Fair, if you're married your spouse will eventually give you one (it's possible to have done this by the first autumn), or if you struck lucky on artifacts and unlocked the Sewers, there's one down there you can pick up.
I'd go for the Mines lv 100 Stardrop, since it's generally the easiest to get.
One of the vendors at the Stardew Valley Fair on the 15th sells Stardrops for 2000 tokens. The tokens are generally very easy to obtain if you're good at fishing. There's also a wheel where you can gamble on tokens and potentially earn lots of tokens if you get lucky.
Visiting Level 100 of the Mines can earn you a Stardrop!
I always have a stack of blackberries on hand in case I need quick energy.
If you plant a Rare Seed and get an Ancient Fruit, you can give it to a statue in a hidden forest in exchange for a Stardrop.
