Pigs in standard barns?

I would like to build a second barn in a sectioned-off area of my farm exclusively for pigs so I can remove the grass and more easily find their truffles. If I were to build a standard barn, can upgrade-dependent barn animals be moved there or can they only keep cows?

All animals have been unlocked for me at this point in the game, all I want to do is move them. Thanks!

They can keep any animal when I say anything I mean goats cows and pigs so yes you can to move a animal from barn to farm click on them so the little menu pops up and then select change home

Once you've unlocked access to an animal you can assign that animal to any compatible building. You can put any coop animal in any coop regardless of it's size, as well as any barn animal into any barn.

If you have 2 barns, one standard and one deluxe.

The deluxe barn unlocks the pigs. After that, you can go to Marnie and have her plop the pig right into the standard barn.

I have 3 coops and just upgraded 1 so I can start filling them with ducks. :P

Thanks so much everyone! I made the barn and the pigs transferred no problem y'all are lifesavers, I couldn't find that info anywhere :)
