Where can I fine the mayor's shorts?

I'm a week in using the query map and i don't really like it. the obsticles are placed where they are difficult to deal with. the mining area doesn't feel like it does enough to makeup for the difficulties. How are the ocean and chicken land?

Not so much mods that make it easier or more lucrative. Just something that adds some more variety. This is surprisingly hard to find outside cosmetics. Other must have content mods are appreciated, but I want to focus on livestock for now.
