Not sure what to think about under the bed, cant find an audio clue that he is there right now... any clues guys?

Only search if you have to, and only within seconds after scaring him away.

No even after scaring him away he can be under there. It's really luck after night 3. I just played and scared him into the closet and looked under instantly after and he was there. Scared the hell out of me. Though as for noise cues I've noticed there's a slight scuffling noise whenever he's not attacking and i'm assuming thats the audio clue he's under the bed.

You have a 2 sec chance after scaring him away to check under the bed. Otherwise he could be under there.

I looked 1 sec after, if not less after I scared him away, and still, there he is.

Then it's a case of being unlucky. After all, checking under the bed IS a chance of luck of a battery, nothing, or the boogeyman itself.
