Music used in another game?

Hi, I am aware that some music in the game were not created for the game such as the one in the snow dungeon (heard it many times elsewhere) but I just started playing a small castle defense game on Xbox One called Castle Invasion and on level 11 are starting night level and the music is the theme from Stories of Bethem everytime you meet the Red Witch... I though this one was an original music from Stories of Bethem... either it is a free to use song for games or one copied the other.

Thank you! I have a very good sensory memory and I happen to always find stuff like this in many games, but I never really took the time to ask before. I'll check that website :)
