Windows 7 is not supported by Microsoft anymore, so support is not given.
I am not aware of any hardware that works on Win7 but not Win10, can you tell me more?
RAM 4 GB
GPU NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti
Most compilers and libraries tend to drop win7 & win8 support and only support win10+.
We can only provide support for these on best effort basis. If you want your computer to be supported you would need to find out what broke in the update and then send a fix to the https://github.com/ddnet/ddnet repository.
But in the end, you'll have to accept that you might have to update your computer some day if you really cannot update to Win10.
I hope you understand that this isn't directly our choice, if Microsoft stops the support then this is simply a matter of time until supporting these operating systems gets too hard and also opens the door for security problems. Compilers (stdlib) also tend to use more modern APIs of the operating systems to replace slow/broken ones
