How to edit character carry limit?

I'm trying to find the way to edit the maximum capacity of ammo, throwable, and components. Just want to be a hoarder and looting everything on the map and go full rambo on everything I see (yes you F--- Spider!).

Which file should I edit to change them? Also, any way to enable more than one equipment upgrade at a time like durable gas mask + bigger filter?

Already did wemod, still not satisfied as it gave like 99999 all time. Cheat engine editing is also not what Im that looking for.

I'm looking for the same thing without the use of Cheat Engine, on Last Light you can edit the file for every items like shotgun ammo max is 72 i think and edited for 150, if you find a way please i'd like to know

On Exodus they made it to be more realistic but 48 shells with the ammo armor is still too low
