Workbenches, can't figure out how to switch to weapons...

As per the title, using my backpack and now having found an actual workbench I can open the screen and can see along the top sections for consumables, weapons and armour but I can't find out how to switch to weapons?

WASD seems to navigate the items on the section I'm and E crafts the selected item but no other keys I've tried seem to do anything.

I've looked though all the keybindings in the menu and nothing looks obvious.

You can only switch weapons at the aurora work bench from what I seen, the safehouse ones you can't, the aurora workbench gets unlocked a few missions into the Vulga map

Clicking on it is the answer. I'm running 21:9 and it seems to offset the hit box and so if I click to the right of the icon it switches, thank you :)

I have the same problem. The hitbox in 21:9 (2560x1080) is not correct. I have to klick on a spot slightly to the right to chose weapons.
Then when in weapon-tab and want to chose gun or pistol I have to klick slightly on the left, leaving me to klick on the pistol to chose the gun and on nothing to chose the pistol. =/
And there is no Keyboard command to switch tabs. Would be very much appreciated so...
I am playing Sam's Story atm, I can't recall that I had this problem when I played the campaign some month ago. Is this an error that came in with an update?

This was one of my biggest complaints with the game. I play at 3440x1440 and things are so out of whack it makes using the benches a exercise in frustration. I'm hoping its something they address in the Enhanced Edition.
