cant start game because of dxr1.1 error

every time i start the game it says that my 3060 with latest drivers does not support dxr1.1, even tho cyberpunk worked fine with another games, updated my windows to latest couple of times, reinstalled gpu drivers, nothing working. can some1 help please?

im on windows 1809, there was no update to 20h2

ah, theres no update to 20h2 for ltsc windows

problem was on torrent version, i bought the game and it had no problem, but the problem something about windows aupdates that about dx12, but updating it didnt worked for me,
try update windows for all plugins and ♥♥♥♥ for it, try reinstall gpu drivers from geforce exp, or install old ones where game was supported

im having the same dxr 1.1 error, i bought this on steam, but everytime i launch it gets the error, is it only on the enhanced version or both of them?
