100% Achievement Guide

I was looking at a few guides and noticed that many will list the achievement, and how to get them, but won't tell you what order to actually get them in. Is there any 100% achievement GUIDES, not achievement descriptions.

Games like this are so much easier to 100% when you can follow a preplanned route, especially if you need 3 playthroughs.
