don't know what you mean.
I do know when the game crashes, the bug report menu locks you out of almost everything. Including being able to click either of the boxes (cancel button/accept button) and none of the windows Button combos work, either.

Umm.... I kinda forgot what key combo I did... to get out of the crash menu popup. But eventually I was able to right click on the task bar and x out of report menu, that way. I think I hit Crl-Alt Delete to open Task Manager (which wouldn't open) and then the cursor was finally active on my second monitor and I was able to x out of the crash report from the windows task bar on my second screen. I think if I didn't have a second monitor...I'd be screwed, though. because the cursor was always completely invisible on the main monitor... like it was behind everything and couldn't press any of the menus.

Though i don't know if that's what you mean... in that... ur game is crashing and activating that useless crashing upload report. Bug monitor or was named something stupid, like that....

BTW: I don't have a ray tracing capible card.... so I was only able to play with the non enhanced version. Saw that upload utility thing like 8 times. (which means I had 8 crashes.)

My game doesn't crash. The mouse cursor gets stuck while playing and I can't move the mouse at all, I can go around left and right or shot with mouse1 but the cursor doesn't move. The only way to get it to work is to alt tab a couple of times and then it gets stuck again after 30 seconds. The game is literally unplayable for me. :(
From what I searched it seems to be only a problem on HDMI. Does not get stuck on DVI or Display port.
I don't have any other cable other than HDMI and I might need to change the cable as the last resort.
Only thing I can think of is that it's some sort of mouse driver. issue.

I'm using a G602 Logitech. So, all I can really say is Logitiech drivers doesn't seem to have a problem. Gonna guess Microsoft wouldn't either.

Sounds like a wierd problem... think my main monitor is on a Display port (my video card only has one.) and my secondary is on DVI? maybe?.... so idk. as far as I know HDMI main handicap is 1080p max resolution (though I'm probably out of date on that.) and that you can't use AMD Freesync and that other Sync that Nvidia uses. G-Sync? (that is if the monitor is capable.)

Mouse problems and HDMI is a new one to me... I guess it's possible that the power is limited due to a shared port or something.

Look, here is one example of other people having it:

I found a fix given by this guy: (u need to download an app that locks the cursor to your screen)
https://steamcommunity.com/app/412020/discussions/0/1839063537796850169/#c3969311271661105068

I will make a guide for it soon so other people can play as well.
Well guess I'll keep it in mind if it ever comes up again.
Here is the guide:
