What difficulty? I am playing exclusively on ranger hardcore and one mistake can mean death as the NPCs are deadly and can kill you in less than a second. But maybe I just suck.
For me it's on the same key as my use key - e. Fortunately, the keys I rebind don't cause issues.
So edgy. Don't cut yourself. I had some glitches, but nothing game breaking. The most annoying glitch is when you open the map in the car and it breaks the camera, fortunately you can fix it by opening it and closing it again while holding W or leaving and reentering the car. (still bugs me they didn't fix it since launch tho) And the cut scenes probably sound much better in Russian.
There is a reason this game is rated better than crap post apocalyptic games like Fallout 4, tho that's supposed to be an RPG. I had more fun "roleplaying" as Artyom as there are moral choices that affect how the game ends, like in every Metro game. Metro games on ranger hardcore offer experience like no other FPS/light RPG game I can think of, outside of Stalker and that's from the same devs back when they were part of GSC Game World.
But in the end, no game is for everyone. I think the 8€ I paid for it were a great deal since I will probably end up playing the game for at least 300hs as it's much better than Metro 2033 that I played for about 150hs.
You have to press this button again and again very quickly with your finger like a savage, it doesn't work just by holding it. You will also see a loading circle around the name of your button on the screen, which shows the progress when you tap it. When the circle is completely closed, the mutant is finished and gets a knife in the neck.
Really ? Thanks for the advice, I'm brand new to the game myself :-)
Nah, the OP has a point. I can see how a person who never changes default controls might not care, but this series always had a horrible cutscene-bloat issue. Last Light and 2033 feel less like STALKER than they do CoD WWII or Wolfenstein The New Colossus.
I also strongly disagree that this games looks "ugly." IMO it looks amazing and beautiful, the immersion is really easy to get sucked in and the gameplay really adds to it. It feels like I am actually exploring a post-apocalyptic, dying or near dead world and its inhabitants. Does it way better than other games, like the Fallout series and I enjoy those games as much as I do this one.
Definitely. When I played this game a year after release it was, on my previous laptop which was already 1-2 years out of date but even that was still able to play this game without much issue minus the Caspian stuff.
About to go to the Terminal and only encountered 1 bug. Your profile is private, I bet you loved Witcher 3.
