Everybody dies, buddy. Talk about spoiler.
For the good ending, you need any two of the following: (1) Duke survives Volga, (2) Damir stays with you after Caspian, or (3) Alyosha is not wounded at the end of Taiga. At the end of the game, Artyom needs a massive blood transfusion and will not survive unless to of these three characters are present and health.
