Audio problems

Hello there,

I recently bought Metro Exodus and I noticed that the audio of the characters is very low while you are looking directly at them. Maybe it's made to be more realistic, but I think it's excessive and even annoying. Has anyone found a solution?

It seems to be solved by changing my headphones. I don't know why it generates that effect, but no sound option in the game or Windows could fix it.
