Verify your files, the manifest should come with your download.

That was the first thing I did but there is no, they just disappeared the same thing happened to me with 5 games in total I saw a video on youtube about the appmanifest file and well I was only able to recover from 3 I am missing the exodus and the re4 I mean the game data is there but steam doesn't want to recognize them

I'd run a Chkdsk if I were you, maybe an AV check too, stuff shouldn't just disappear. A copy of mine, DELETED. Under "LastOwner" you'll see two question marks ("??") replace those with your Steam ID, that's found on your Account Details page, it's that long number under your name.
