Having said that, if you're shooting at every single nosalis you see with a noisy cartridge weapon no less? Have you considered you're playing the game "wrong"?
You're *supposed* be be constantly near running-out, of ammo, of air, of time... you're *supposed* to take each engagement in a "do I need to risk my life for this?" approach... I mean look why you're even in Novosibirsk. Artyom is sick of death. This is integral to the novels the games and your expected playstyle. You will always get the "bad" ending in all 3 games if you shoot everything that you see on the screen.
Also? The exe is not protected and it's a single-player game. Should you feel the need to have 9999 ammo? Go on and give it to yourself, no one cares, I promise!
And as you say, choose your weapons wisely. Personally, I prefer an AK, a shotgun & the tikhar, but it's your choice.
As already mentioned, search everywhere and collect everything, you might need it later. And conserve ammo, it doesn't grow on trees.
No, I ain't going around killing everything on sight. I try to be stealthy even if I usually get spotted at some point and everything goes to ♥♥♥♥. I basically didn't kill a single human back at the taiga and my mutant body count there must be less than fingers on my hands.
I don't feel like restarting as I remember not havi'g to many options back at the workbench. I've chosen AK, revolver and tikhar
