Two Colonels as was stated above it covers the final chapter from the base game from Miller`s perspective.
Sam's Story is following the story of Sam on his trek across Russia to the pacific ocean to find a way back home to the US.
For Sam`s Story I think the drinking cut scene was the high point of that DLC.
Sam's Story is an "open-wordly" experience akin to Volga or Taiga level. There are basically 2 open maps, both really compact and somewhat linear, you don't have to venture far from the plot path to discover all POIs. Weapons are standart, with M911 and incinderary bullets serving as a gimmick. Bullets are OP and trivialize everything btw. Story is cool, locations are really thrilling with actual skyscraper (apartment complex) to explore for the first time in the series. Characters are quite interesting as well. I liked it as well though found it to be a bit stale in the second half. Would probably take you 6-7 hours to complete.
