The DLC's are shown in the Chapter menu in the game. If its does not appear you need to complete the below steps in order to enable the DLC.
1 - In your Steam game library, locate Metro Exodus and right click on its name to display the game options & actions menu.
2 - From the list shown, select 'Properties' by clicking on it to open the game settings
3 - Select DLC on the menu options
4 - Verify that the DLC is shown and that a check mark is showing in the Install check boxes. If they are empty with no check mark it means the DLC is disabled. Clicking on them enables the DLC and shows a check mark in the box, and the installation process will begin.
5 - Close the window and start the game.
6 - Verify that the DLC missions appears in the Chapters menu
No, I have the gold edition and finished the Enhanced Edition and Sam's Story so far. I'm about 90 minutes into The Two Colonels so far.
This confused me too, I kept clicking on the DLC tab and it takes you to the store page.
You have to click on "Chapter" in the main menu. The DLCs are also for the EE.
