What do i do with the rail cart

I have the damn thing, got the gate in the bandit place up but cant move the cart towards because of a crossroad that i have not idea how to change which lane i go to

There's a lever right next to the crossroads, which you need to pull in order to switch the rails.

had to go watch a vid to find it, didnt think it would be a lever and with the vid i watched the guy had the same idea that i had with the electrical box on the otherside of the tracks. I still dont know how to look backwards with the cart seeing as you can but dosnt tell me the controls to do so on pc

You can turn the seat with SPACE bar.
