I'm playing on ranger hardcore full dive so obviously it dosen't say if I need to hit a certain button but I've tried most of them.

you give the girl the teddy after the passenger car and as for the guitar i didn't need to hand it over, was already on the train by the next part

Oh ok thank you, yeah I haven't gotten that far yet. I assumed it was just retrieve and give mission.

Haven't done it myself too but saw someone ask the same thing and someone responded to it with this answer.
